- Additional 10 minutes or part thereof - £ 7.00

Multi use support packages
For the more frequent users (recommended)
You Purchase a package and receive remote support, within our hours of business, at a discounted hourly rate dependant on how many hours you purchase.
- 5 Hour Multi use Package - £ 150 with a saving of £ 55.00
- 10 Hour Multi use Package - £ 200 with a saving of £ 210.00
- 50 Hour Multi use Package - £ 500 with a saving of £1550.00
30 Minutes minimum usage per call additional minutes deducted in 10 minute blocks. Each multi use package is valid for 12 months |

Traditional on site support
This support is usually offered to customers who cannot receive remote support or need computer components replacing to complete the support session. Any remote support charges already made will be deducted off the on site fixed fee.
- On site Support is a fixed charge of £89.99 inclusive of all labour required to complete the support session.
- Parts may be required and will be quoted separately prior to completion.
- We will where ever possible try to diagnose parts requirements remotely.
